Kudos for taking this first step toward starting your therapeutic journey. Choosing a therapist is a very personal and can sometimes be a confusing process. I recognize that finding a therapist that is a good fit for your needs is important but not always easy! In my practice, I believe that establishing a genuine and collaborative relationship is vital. I work to establish a safe, judgement-free environment where you feel heard. I utilize an integrative approach drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, feminist, and strengths-based practices, tailoring to and honoring the unique needs of each client.

 

A little more about my work:

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, and interpersonal conflicts. Whether you are in a moment of profound crisis, experiencing a major life transition, struggling with your relationships, or simply interested in better understanding who you are and how you work, I would be honored to provide a space in which to make meaningful changes.

I bring an intersectional lens to my work, am body positive, kink-friendly, poly-friendly, am in full support of all sex workers and feel very strongly about providing affirming care in queer and trans communities. I love working with teens and adults alike. I have a deep knowledge and passion around healing from sexual assault and abuse. I also have many years’ experience working in the HIV positive community and feel strongly about providing competent care to individuals living with HIV.
